A hugely flexible fryer, the G3845F allows you to cook foods completely separately, preventing flavour transfer and allergen cross-contamination. Each tank is independently controlled, helping you to save energy during quieter hours - only one tank can be fired when needed. When the oil needs replacing, each tank has separate filtration, making the Falcon exceptionally simple to clean and maintain.
